Croatian Resort Opportunities Being Studied

RMI is evaluating a pair of water-front project sites on the Istrian coast of Croatia near the port & airport city of Pula.

Dolphin Cove Grand Opening

RMI’s client has announced the Grand Opening of Dolphin Cove Grand Cayman December 2008. Dolphin Cove is a human/animal interation and swim experience with Grand Cayman becomming the seventh facility the company owns and operates.

Little Cayman Master Plan

RMI has initiated conceptual planning studies of a roughly 400 acre site on the eastern shore of Little Cayman.

Powder Village

As of December 2008 the Powder Mtn. property which was sold by the Cobabe family in December of 2007 to a New York Investment Fund and that in early 2008 received State Approval as a "new town", may have been impacted by the recent national market and investment financing industry collapse. It is unknown what effects this will have on the capacity for the project-developers to pursue their current litigation or on the course of development plans. RMI has contacted the former owners and is awaiting information in this regard.
