Croatia Resort Being Studied

RMI is evaluating a 600 acre water-front site in northern Croatia approximately 50 miles from Trieste and less than 1 hour from Venice.

Resort Masters has completed a due diligence assessment for an existing ski resort property in southern Utah.

Little Cayman Master Plan

RMI has initiated conceptual planning studies of a roughly 600 acre site on the north shore of Little Cayman.
Drake's Bay Resort Club
Located on Grand Cayman Island, Drake's Bay Resort originally began as a 275 acre 260 home private residential golf, tennis, and marina development plan on privately owned land with a destination resort component located across a private canal.
